Data Security
Note text of ptsNotes is encrypted before storing in the database. But title line in index database of the ptsNotes S60 is not encrypted. Please do not include highly-confidential text to the title line. And even if note text is encrypted in the database, it would be easily read by the ptsNotes which owned some other person (this will be improved in the future). Therefore please take care of handling the ptsNotes database if it has highly-confidential data. -
Data Durability
We try to keep user data in all the time. But user data might be lost for the rare occasion by various reasons. Please use some other methods to keep your data in addition to backup function of the ptsNotes.
