Filter Screen
This is a screen invoked by the filter menu of the main screen. Number of notes in the list of the main screen is reduced by this screen.
Whether the filter is set is indicated in the navigation pane of the main screen.
The filter items are as follows.
Tags
You can select tag names by invoking Tags menu item. Selecting multiple tags narrows down the notes list. List items [All Documents] and [Untagged Documents] get priority over tag names.
From
Specifies old-date of last update timestamp.
To
Specifies new-date of last update timestamp.
Files
Specifies file numbers (note numbers). File number is automatically assigned at note creation. The note with larger file number means newer note.
Title
Specifies text string here. Title of notes including specified text string appears main screen. This is case-insensitive.
Search (ptsNotes v1.1 or later)
Specifies search text here. Full text search including title line will be performed. This is case-insensitive.

Automatic filter setting save
Filter setting (exclude search text) is saved to the database. When the ptsNotes opens the database, filter setting is restored automatically.
