Operation Outline
The ptsNotes can handle a lot of notes text efficietly. Flexible data management can be done by built-in backup function and cooperation with Windows PC.
The main screen of ptsNotes is a screen of notes list. All operation is done based on this screen. Make a new note from this screen, refer to an existing notes and so on.
The mobile device has a limitation in the size of screen. When number of notes increases, narrowing down number of notes on the list efficiently is the key for usability.
Filter
Filter function of the ptsNotes achieves this. There are 5 setting items on the filter screen. You can narrow down number of items on the list by adjusting setting values.
Tag
Tag is a major filtering item. If you specify multiple tags on filter screen, you will see notes list which has all specified tags.
Quick Jump
Another way to locate a note when you have many titles on main screen is 'quick jump'. This function locates corresponding note title using 10-key or qwerty key.
