Utility Screen
This is a screen invoked by the utility menu of the main screen. This screen manages the database.
The list of the database is displayed. C: MainDB, C: SavedDB, E: MainDB, E: SavedDB and associated information are displayed. "C:" and "E:" are drive letters. C: is internal memory and E: is memory card. MainDB is a real database. SaveDB was created as a backup of the MainDB during restoring operation. MainDB and SavedDB would not be displayed if it does not exist.
The check mark is displayed in the left of the database which is using now.
Number of notes and creation timestamp of the database are also displayed.

[10] in above example indicates number of notes. The number is including deleted note entries.

| Backup Active DB | Backups active DB regardless of selection of the DB list. If the backup directory has not been selected yet, selection dialog of backup directory is invoked automatically. Backup file name appears when backup finishes. |
| Restore DB | Restores the data base from the backup file. The test and the deletion of the backup file can be done in the list of the backup files. |
| Set Backup Directory | Selects the directory that keeps backup files. The directory is selected from "E:\ptsNotes" and "E:\Documents\ptsNotes". |
| Activate DB | Activates the selected database. Center key also has same function. |
| Delete DB | Deletes selected database files. |
| Get back SavedDB | Restores the database from SavedDB to MainDB. MainDB has to be deleted before this. |
